The Real Capture of Acharya | Ningen Parfums

1.5ml sample of Acharya perfume

I think, not everyone is familiar with this brand except for Fraghead out there. The perfume sample on my hand is Acharya by Ningen Parfums. Proudly made in Malaysia by Malaysians. The name itself is unique and meaningful. It really captured the true meaning of Acharya from my first sniff.

However, what is Acharya?
What I can summarize from the reference that I'm referred to, Acharya is the holy teacher who teaches Vedas. So, this perfume or I called it artwork should have a vibe of Holy Teacher, and Temple and will remind you of Hinduism. It successfully captured all the vibes mentioned above. Suited for the name given.

It's ambery, floral, animalic and a bit fresh.
The price for the full bottle (50ml) will cost you RM 398.00 which is worth the price if you want something unique but for an inexperienced nose, it will smell a bit weird at first but don't worry. Train your nose every day, you will like these scents and go for a sample first. Just RM 1.99 on Carousell or RM 10 for a set of 5 samples.

The Top Notes of this perfume are Chai Tea and Indian Incense. I can catch the smell of smoky tea from it. Nice!

Then, the Middle Notes of this perfume are Indian Jasmine, Tuberose, Champaca (Bunga Cempaka) and Lotus Flower. You can notice the strong vibes of Indian Jasmine there.

Lastly, the Base Notes are Mysore White Sandalwood, Resins, Vetiver, Amber, Civet and Musk. It produces the animalic sweet ambery smells in this perfume which is really adorable.

Disclaimer: Just my honest review and maybe will be a different experience for some people. I don't get paid by Ningen Parfums to publish writing about their products. Just writing for fun.
